We get involved early in the relationship with a client, developing a Practice Analysis and customized implementation plan to accommodate the strengths and skills of each customer. When we begin implementation, we conduct meetings to review each step of the project plan. EMR Remedies works with the selected supplier teams to develop a detailed understanding of the goals for the project and dependencies on each of the component systems. Our project management team then focuses on the project scope to meet ROI goals while engaging executive sponsorship and physician leaders within the project team. Together, the team plans for additional technical infrastructure needs.

EMR Remedies project team stays in close contact throughout the process so as to provide comprehensive training to your staff. If you choose, we can employ a "train the trainer" approach, so you can manage the process (and control the costs) of implementing the system in multiple sites. As part of the implementation, EMR Remedies and the client analyze current technical support capabilities, assess physician "form-factor" needs, provide training/coaching to physicians, and ensure that the client has the best environment possible for their EMR and other technology solutions. Upon system completion, EMR Remedies will conduct follow-up with all end-users to ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and that all system components are stable. EMR Remedies also offers continuous training services for future needs within the physicians practice, helping the practice to maximize use of the systems and to provide ongoing training for updates and upgrades.

EMR Remedies recognizes the importance of a carefully orchestrated implementation and therefore we offer both onsite and online installation/training support coordination for all of the products and services provided to a practice.
